Ben Moore grew up the oldest of four in a farm family near Sunnyside, Washington.  He graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Elementary Education and a math/science specialty.  He then attended Candler School of Theology, Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia on honor scholarship, Graduating in 1979.  After serving four different rural parishes over 13 years, Ben spent 19 years in camp and retreat ministry administration.  Ben returned to parish ministry 6 years ago and was assigned to the West Highlands congregation in July of 2015.  Ben and wife Claudia married in 1982.  They have four children: Adrienne, a chiropractor in Federal Way; Mike, who works the technical side of television for the ABC affiliate in Kennewick; Steven an English teacher in Fu Ping, China; and Danny a musician and carpenter in Dixon, Illinois.  When not at the church Ben can be found gardening, reading, doing  cross stitch, camping or visiting his children and grandchildren.

Beth Randle grew up in Kennewick, Wa and has been working in youth ministry since 2005. She attended Columbia College Chicago and earned a business degree with an emphasis in arts management. She returned to Kennewick after graduating where she owned and operated a retail boutique for several years. Beth felt a deeper call to help students in their walk with God and soon she was ministering to youth at The Korean Presbyterian Church of Central Washington. Beth has been blessed to work with churches throughout the Tri-Cities, Wa and Central Church in Seoul, South Korea. She is a self-proclaimed “Goonies” aficionado, loves kimchee, and is a wannabe gamer. “God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.” 1 John 4:16


Kay Ottem

Kay has been a professional musician for over 40 years.  She was born in Seattle, but has been living in the Tri-Cities since 1989.  She has been a member of West Highlands since 1990, acting as its pianist as well as being active in Worship, Missions, and United Methodist Women.  She is also the recording secretary for the Adminstrative Council.  Outside of church, Kay is a member of the League of Women Voters, plays golf, and enjoys being with her family and grandchildren.

Stephanie Davis

Stephanie joined our staff in December 2017 as Office Administrator. She has earned both a BA and an MA in Christian Studies with an emphasis on Youth MInisty through Grand Canyon University, Phoenix AZ. Stephanie grew up in the Tri-Cities and has been involved in Christian ministry and administration for most of her adult life. Over the years, she has served in her local home church as chairman of music ministry, chairman of women's ministries and as a teaching member of their youth ministry team.  Stephanie has also worked for the Pasco School District in two local schools, planning and implementing literacy intervention programs for several hundred students.  Stephanie is currently the director of a regional children's Christian summer camp. She and her husband, Gary, have three children: two  in college and, one in highschool. Stephanie enjoys cooking, leading/writing music, promblem-solving, event planning, studying, and relationally-teaching young adults about how to receive and cooperatively-nurture a redemptive relationship with Jesus Christ.
